My practice is based on positive psychology - the science of wellbeing. My coaching style is strengths -based and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I love cats, coffee and being in nature. Professionally, I have worked as a software engineer, UX/UI designer, project manager, data analyst, however, my love for psychology, interest in promoting mental health and empathetic nature has led me towards becoming a psychologist.

What is coaching?

Wellbeing coaching focuses on helping individuals improve their overall well-being and quality of life. The ultimate aim of wellbeing coaching is to help clients thrive and lead fulfilling lives across various dimensions of wellness.
I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their strengths, values, and goals, and then develop personalized strategies to enhance their overall health and happiness. This may include setting realistic goals, adopting healthier habits, managing stress, improving self-awareness, and fostering positive mindset shifts.
